Gym Etiquette

  • Do not bring your gym bag or other personal belongings on the fitness floor
  • Please bring towel and suitable closed in footwear
  • Ask if you may “work in,” and always allow others the same courtesy
  • Refrain from yelling, banging weights and make loud sounds.
  • Do not sit on machines between sets
  • Re-rack weights and return all other equipment and accessories to their proper locations
  • Wipe down all equipment after use (including cardio and weights equipment)
  • Do not bring children onto the gym floor
  • 18+ only can enter gym
  • Do not disturb others.  Focus on your own workout and allow others to do the same
  • Be respectful to others with regards to body odour (we provide deodorant, please use respectively)
  • We have provided clean and hygienic toilet facilities PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF
  • If you wish to use supplements please clean any spills
  • This facility is strictly NO CHALK
